The Art of Contracts and Negotiation, with Mark J. Davis, Esq.

You’ve often heard the phrase “We’ve got a contract,” but what does that really mean? Join the New Orleans Tourism and Cultural Foundation and The Ella Project on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. for a free workshop featuring attorney Mark Davis. Topics will include:
  • What makes a contract, and how to negotiate better deals
  • Understanding offers, acceptances, considerations, and performance
  • What happens when things go wrong, and how to plan for unforeseen issues
The workshop will also include a live negotiation simulation, where participants will pair up and practice from both sides of a negotiation. (Simulation available to in-person participants only.)
